*Print the graphics as many times as you need to make as much ribbon for your projects as needed.
Requirements: A photo editing software program to open the graphics and a general working knowledge of your computer, printer, software programs, and crafting skills. Unfortunately, I am unable to offer assistance with your printer, software programs, or offer how-to-make hair bow tips or other craft projects.
Supplies needed for ribbon printing: Printer, Heat Transfer Paper, Iron and Ribbon.
Please review instructions on your Heat Transfer Paper before attempting to print or iron. After downloading and saving your files, open the images using your photo editing software program. Print your ribbon graphics on your heat transfer paper, making sure to print on the correct side. Cut the ribbon graphics into 1.5", 7/8" or 3/8" strips, making sure to cut off any access paper that is not part of the design before adhering to the ribbon. Place your ribbon on the ironing board and position your ribbon graphics on top of the ribbon. Again, please refer back to the instructions on your pack of heat transfer paper for iron settings and length of time to apply heat. Once applied, allow your ribbon to cool, and then you may begin your project with your custom ribbon! Please note that your ribbon will become more still after the heat transfer paper has been applied, so it is recommended to use a softer ribbon for your projects.
Tips on using Individual Print Graphics: Use the individual graphics to create bow centers with shrink film, or to use as bow tails. Print and snip for decorating scrapbook pages, gift tags, paper crafts, or to add detail to homemade greeting cards or bow cards, and much more! Please review the TERMS OF USE prior to purchase, and feel free to contact me with any specific questions about whether or not your project falls within the terms of use guidelines.
If you are wanting to print on shrink film to make a beautiful bow center, you will need an 8.5" x 11" sheet of Ink Jet Shrink Film (as this film is especially designed and coated for use with inkjet printers). After downloading and saving your files, open the images using your photo editing software program. Please review instructions on your shrink film before attempting to print or bake. Simply print your graphics on the shrink film, cut out your designs leaving a slight border around your image, and follow the film instructions for baking. For use in a conventional or toaster oven or you can use a heat gun. The film will shrink to a hard, durable plastic once baked and will make a wonderful embellishment for your bows! Attach your new bow centers with a hot glue gun. The shrink film will include full instructions for use and additional tips. Please note that the images are fairly large when you print them, but will shrink once baked.
