Upon completion of the payment process, items that are available for "Instant Download" will be available for download immediately after the checkout process is complete. Please Note that not all items on this website are available for instant download.
IMPORTANT: You will have THREE DAYS (72 hours) to download your order before the links will expire. Once the links expire, you will no longer be able to download your purchase.
After payment is complete, please be patient as you are AUTOMATICALLY REDIRECTED from Paypal to a page where your completed payment will be confirmed and you can click on COMPLETE ORDER to receive your download links.
You should also receive an email that includes a copy of your links, at the email address you provided at the time of checkout. Please note that this email is offered as a courtesy, and you should treat the Instant Download as the method of delivery, since email transmissions cannot always be dependable. It is important that you provide a valid email address where you have access to retrieving your download links. Please check your spam folder for any misdirected emails if you do not receive this email within a timely manner, as the email should be delivered within several minutes of completing your purchase.
You will receive two download links for each auction template purchased, as I have included the files in both Word and Works formats for your convenience. Simply click each link to begin download for each item purchased. Save downloads to your computer, and be sure to save a backup copy as well!
Other items purchased may include a single download link or multiple download links per item. Multiple download links per item usually indicate that this item is available in different formats, such as Word and Works, or PNG and JPG. You may need to download all of the included links, such as for Background Graphics, where you have one file per background image in a single format. Some downloads will be contained in a zipped file folder, which will need to be extracted after download. Most computers are equipped to unzip folders rather easily, whereas others require a program to do this.
PLEASE NOTE: Orders requiring personalization or items needing installation will be delivered or installed according to the curret Turnaround Time located on the left navigation menu, and will be delivered to the email address provided during the checkout process.
